Teossarja kuvaa ajatuksiani ajasta, pyrittyäni ymmärtämään italialaisen teoreettisen fyysikon Carlo Rovellin kirjaa Ajan luonne (Ursa, 2018). Sarjassa on loppuvuodesta 2023 kymmenen maalausta ja sekatekniikkateosta. Kolme sarjan maalausta on mukana Voipaalan taidekeskuksen ryhmänäyttelyssä Sattuman vaara 2.12.2023 - 4.2.2024.

Tämän teoksen lähtökohtana on, Rovellin sanoin, se että "aika hidastuu massan [--] ja mustien aukkojen reunalla aika pysähtyy kokonaan".

The artwork series shows my ideas about time the way how I understood it after having read the book Order of Time (it. L'Ordine del tempo, 2017) by the Italian physicist Carlo Rovelli. In the end of 2023 the series consists of ten paintings and mixed media artworks. Three of those paintings (see the center photo) can be seen at the Voipaala Art Center's collective exhibition Sattuman vaara from Dec 2, 2023 to Feb 4, 2024.

The starting point to this particular painting is the perception that, according to Rovelli, "A mass slows time around itself [--] and the mass of the black hole slows time to such a degree that, at its border time stands still."
